Hey didn't the Japanese buy Pebble beach a few years ago, AND Radio City Music Hall AND a few other "choice" properties? All to be sold back to someone (was it the Saudis?) later at a huge loss. Yeah, I can imagine that happening with Microsoft (except I hope we don't buy them back!) No returns! No exchanges! No tickee no crashee!
